A message from the team at Bioglow Wood Fuels: We are Open for Business

We are fully operational and conducting deliveries and business commitments to our normal service.
We are advising our staff to take measures that are consistent with advice from the World Health Organisation and Government regarding personal hygiene and managing their own circumstances.
To enable us to maintain service levels, our delivery partners we have instructed drivers to reduce and restrict the amount of contact they have when they are loading and delivering. They have been instructed to maintain social distancing.
Supplies of heat logs, kiln-dried logs and wood pellets are available for immediate dispatch and free delivery to any UK address.
Our staff and delivery partners have put in an exemplary performance with the result that so far, we have not experienced any significant delivery delays. Exception: guideline delivery times to on-shore areas of Western Scotland, Skye and the Hebrides (postcodes IV40 - IV56, PA20-49, PH33-41 and islands) are currently 5-7 working days.
