Round Long Burning Wood Fuel Briquettes for Wood Stoves and Fireplaces

These briquettes have been developed by a stove-use expert and enthusiast to burn steadily over an extended period of time. Although they can be used both during the day and at night, they are ideal overnight briquettes to keep you and your family warm through winter nights. Their higher bark content gives them a darker colour as well as a longer burn. The best use for them is in a large stove where when loaded in sufficient quantity to maintain a bed of ambers the briquettes will burn slowly releasing durable heat. They are also easy to break up into smaller chunks if you have a compact wood stove.

This product is manufactured from milling by-products (hardwood shavings, sawdust, etc.) and is a winner in several respects: it is entirely eco-friendly, contains no additives, and produces more durable heat and a better flame. This product has been laboratory-tested by independent experts.

These are highly compressed briquettes with a higher bark content resulting in a good flame and longer burn. They are great as both day and night briquettes; they are ideal for use overnight thanks to their longer durable burn.

Briquettes are suitable for wood-burning stoves, log burners, protected fire pits, chimineas and open fires. Use them alongside hardwood heat logs as well as conventional firewood logs to get a great long burning blaze.

Delivery:

Delivery on 7.5 tonne vehicles is now limited to pallets weighing 750 kg or less, which includes 3/4 pallets, half pallets and quarter pallets. Delivery on 12 tonne two axle vehicles is available too. Please telephone or email us if you would like this delivery option.

Usage instructions:

The best method of adding briquettes is to load them on a hot bed of embers. Depending on the size of your stove, this can be from 2-3 briquettes to a full pack.

NOTE: Briquettes can expand - pay attention to this and don't open the stove door if you notice that briquettes may have expanded. Do not open the door with a pile of burning briquettes inside - wait for them to burn more and reduce in volume.
